Balboa International & Project Excellence Prep have launched a partnership to enhance and create more opportunities for athletes seeking to play post secondary basketball at the highest level. This partnership gives us more access to college/university coaches, while playing on a bigger platform; on the best circuits (Including The Grind Session)!

The Platinum Circuit
The Platinum Circuit
Our elite Prep teams are proud to play on the Platinum Circuit, while playing locally here in Canada. The 3 circuits (NJC, NSC, TPC) attract over 120 of the top Prep programs in Canada and abroad.
All games are also streamed on BallerTV, guaranteeing exposure and visibility to over 3,000 college/university coaches and pro scouts subscribed to their streaming service platform.
